Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program or apprenticeship preferred.
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
EPA certification.
NATE certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including knowledge of refrigeration, electrical wiring, and mechanical components.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC equipment using specialized tools.
Experience with digital dispatching and service documentation software preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds).
Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Perform installations and upgrades of heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Test HVAC systems to verify proper operation and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to address client concerns and restore functionality to HVAC systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, answering questions, and explaining technical issues clearly and understandably.
Utilize digital software programs for dispatching jobs, recording service history, and documenting all service activities accurately.
Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and equipment inventory to maintain organized and efficient workflow.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in HVAC technology through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
